GMail Adds Tasks and SMS Features

December 16th, 2005 GMail is now accessible from your WAP enabled mobile by accessing http://m.gmail.com Your Gmail account stays synched, whether you access it from the web or the mobile interface. It opens the attachments you receive in messages, including photos, Microsoft Word documents and .pdf files GMail now added Auto-Responder for vacation responses.

November 19th, 2006 I have been using GMail for some years. There are 5 things which I like most about GMail which makes it apart from competitors.

May 27th, 2007 Google GMail increased the attachment limit of individual emails to 20MB. On the other hand the total space inches closer to 3 GB; it is currently at 2857 MB of which I am using only 3%.

July 31st, 2009 If you have ever used Gmail to send messages with one of your other email addresses listed in place of your Gmail address, you must have noticed that Gmail adds a custom From to it. Well, since the e-mail are sent by Gmail's server but from a non-Gmail address, it displays the original Gmail username in the Sender field indicating that it was send On Behalf Of your other account.
