First thought reading brain chip implanted in US
A paralysed man in the US has become the first person to benefit from a brain chip that reads his mind.
Matthew Nagle, 25, was left paralysed from the neck down and confined to a wheelchair after a knife attack in 2001.
The pioneering surgery at New England Sinai Hospital, Massachusetts, last summer means he can now control everyday objects by thought alone.
The brain chip reads his mind and sends the thoughts to a computer to decipher.

This is a huge step forward for restoring normalcy for paralyzed people.
This technology, I presume, may be put to other uses like reading the mind of a criminal.
Currently however the process is pretty hardwired.
Mr Nagle's device, called BrainGate, consists of nearly 100 hair-thin electrodes implanted a millimetre deep into part of the motor cortex of his brain that controls movement.

There is another technology that actually extract thought and image from the mind.
It is widely known in the background around Sydney because the technology is used by criminals. These guys cruising around at night, breaking into rich people houses, tranquilizing then implant microchips in their head. From a person I know who felt victim this is what he described
1) The microchips is implanted through the nose.
2)They can extract the lightest thought and image (colour).
3)They can monitor your heart rate.
4)They can wake you up in the middle of the night by releasing scent awaken chemical remotely for questioning.
5)What you see and hear is what they see and hear.
6)They can turn you into a schizophrenic person.
7)The battery lasts for one year.
These guys break down their victim mentally until a stage the victim willingly to give them whatever they want and be mentally controlled by them.
Imagine if this technology is available in the medical science and biorobotic fields, millions of people can regain their normalcy.
