Believe me, I never wanted to write this mail.
Electrolux service centre in Mumbai did a very pathetic job of my washing machine to say the least.
We paid for the job.
POst the service it does not work for any longer than 1 minute. (Infact the same happened infront of the service incharge when he delivered it. He said they would get it repaired or return the money.)
They have been very poor to respond.
Pls let me know how can you solve my problem.

Am alos face issue with Electrolux window AC. They will not delivered remote with AC, even I purchase AC with remote. I had called so many people in Electrolux and their call center and every times they said it is out of stock. How it is possble they manufactured ac and does not manufactured remote. By luck am able to get old used remote after more than one month . But same is not working after one seassion.
Through this fourm am requested Electrolux to pls take care customer greviances if they are serious in India and also request to change my report.
I had one more issue they are given 6 year warrienty on comprasor. But their is disclamir here my comparasor is down and they replaced but they charge Rs 2300 for gas etc with our any reason.

I, vinod Gupta write on the behalf of Mr.Subhash Chander Gupta( my father ), from panipat against complained no. 1304090136 dated 13/04/09 & 1804090202 dated 18/04/09 registered in noida office for repairing of Refrigerator,model no. ERP245FF.
on 13/04/09 we complained for the above mentioned casevide complained no. 130409013. And A Person came from M/s Smart services, authorised service franchisee, BHAGWATI REFRIGIRATION & Check our refregirator on 13/04/09 & communicate us that cooling pipe ( jaal on back side ) have some leakege and same should be replaced.We agree the same.He told that hewill do this on next day ( 14.04.09)
But after a long followup on phone, he is not came to us again. Then after 4 days gone,we decide to complained the same in your office.& When we call to your call centre, we came to know that our complianed has been closed due to address not traceable.How can it possible even when a technician already visited the same address.So we make further complained vide no. 1804090202 dated 18/04/09.
Dear sir, Electrilux is known in market in its product quality & best services but this type of service providers make some doubt in customers mind for future.So Please take the further action so that customers not harassed in future like us.We also not have any other source & there is summer time.you can feel the problems we are facing. Please help us

We had purchased the Electrolux refrigerator Model No. DFF40 from the authorised dealer of Ghaziabad in August,2004. We have been facing a big issue from Day 1. We tried to get it fixed but all in vain. We are really pissed off. We are not satisfied with the customer service offered to us.
Basically, the problem faced by us is the light indicator of “High Temp. Freezer”. Due to it, the fridge is not working at all.
Kindly help us. It would be really appreciable.

Dear Sir,
We have purchased Electrolux refrigerator e285ff model / chasis noo :reg no : pnc 925024754 from MS Gojwari & co, Hari Singh High Steet on 4th may 2007
because of of its worldwide name and goodwill.
1. Within 1 month of purchase that is May 07 it was first giving troublesome noise and we called for servicing. The service engineer made a wrong diagnosis
and opened timer and said this is not working … but that was fine
Then another service engineer came and didnt again diagnose the problem AND SAID THE GAS HAS FINISHED which acually again was not the problem
Of and on there were technicians coming and making wrong diagnosis just hit and trial but no go . Finally they themselves said that there was a
manufacturing defect in the fridge (Some internal pipe problems due to which the fridge didnt work well and asked us to return the fridge back so that this
can be replaced free of charge as this was a manufacturing defect.
We sent the fridge to there workshop paying an addtional transport allowance for servicing. And in collection memo it was written “Internal gas pipe
problem ”.
Your sevice centre representative Mr. Vinod mobile number (9205051425) on asking him about status he asked us to send the fridge back to the dealer so that
this will be rplaced. No he is asking us to pay the depriciation amount of 20% for the fridge which never worked. We asked him to give us a the corporate
office number refused to give the number saying he doesnt have it . Further more that exectutive started shouting on us and was very rude on call .
The Warranty over the product is still active because the complaint is not yet resolved.
We are harassed after purchasing refrigerator from a well known company like Electrolux. Your Service center is delaying unnecessary to complete the
guarantee period. The service center is giving trouble to us for several times. and now we are asked to pay the addtional amount.
Please do the needful at the earliest and replace the fridge at no extra cost.We are regular buyers of your company and have n number of products from
electrolux but because of this poor servcie and behaviour of the staff i might think of going to any other company rather than electrolux.
Else we have no option but to knock the door of Consumer Protection Forum .

I am deal first time Electrolux with a 1.5tn split AC. It was installed by the dealer on 27th June, 2009 and after one day working, its cooling was finished. Then I talk my dealar M/s Amba Aircool Pvt. Ltd. and they have told me to ringup in Service Centre “39404040″. I did the same and an exicutive was visited on 2nd July after looking of AC he told us that the fitter is not fitted this AC properly so that its GAS was leaked, hence, it is not cooling your room. Presentlyl my Room tempurature is about 38 to 40 digree. Further, he assure us Gas will be fill with in 24 hrs but to day i.e.4th July, 2009 I am alongwith my family is still filling hot. The “CCS No. 39404040″ not responding. Please suggest me can I walk to Consumer Court for this.

I regret bying an electrolux refrigerator. Reason poor response from authorised service centre; Mini Electronics, Aligarh Ph. 09358205751 who is trying to test my nerves. The refrigerator was sent to the above agency on 6.07.2009 for repair with a promise to deliver back on 8.02.2009 after repair. Since 9.07.2009, office attandents are giving contradictory versions; these include non availability of parts,absence of technician and sometime it is power cut.Every time I ask about the delivery of refrigerator they say after two days. Can naybody help me in getting back my refregerator?

My washing machine model no EWS 845F has been unserviceable due to door lock. Already complained register vide comp No BB3971802W since last 1 month back. Local servicing center (Balasore, Orissa) refusing to take up the repairng as they do not have spare parts. Inturn they are blaming the Electrolux company for not providing the adaquate spare to their servicing center.
It seems that, customer care is not taking any interest for resolving customer problems.
Please take up the matter and provide spare and rectify my problem on priority.

After facing several prblems with my refrigrator and getting indifferent support from original service provider , came to know that ELECTROLUX customer care is closed and taken over by VIDEOCON and all services are provided by them. Hence, most of the earlier service centre of Electrolux are closed down therefore not responding to phone calls. Those continuing are very rude as most of them are no more authorised service provider and not having sufficient knowledge to support.
