Then why do I keep receiving such complaints (see below)?

(name slightly obfuscated) wrote: This is richard from integrated stock broking services ,i had given a complaint on regarding internet problem on 12/06/2008 by morning 11, by 5.30 ur person came to my office, cheked the loop and asked my mobile number to contact,he said me to wait untill he makes the call on problem ,i closed all my running applications for checking the internet, we all waited upto 11.00 pm, but that person didnt come as well as made a call, what a bad response, i thing u didnt offered him salary or something so only he had bunked his calls and gone some where to do his personal job, so take this as my request ,pls fulfill ur techinical engineers needs,bcoz of them we are suffering the lot,i never seen this kind of comedy in my carrier. so pls offer something to ur techinical person.In this there is a comedy i had spoken to all ur customer care persons in whole tataindicom ,except ur securities and office boys.so please give their number too i'll speak to them.ok thanks for giving very very bad service to me and my organisation, there is another request also pls dont give complaint numbers and make the customer FOOL,
Looks like I will have to soon setup a complaint cell for Tata Indicom, BSNL, MySpace…
PS. Do you think it is ironical that AdSense decided to display Tata Indicom ad on this post?

BEWARE OF TATA INDICOM
Hi Guys! I was in Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India, for 3 months recently. ‘Unfortunately’, I purchased a mobile phone and a USB internet modem (both with connections) from TATA INDICOM. The service, probably, is worse that any telecom company can ever give you. A bigger shock is when you get monthly bills much beyond your imagination. Over and above that, when you approach their customer ‘care’, the response is much worse than that would expect from typical sarkari baboos that we encounter in our government offices. Finally, I wanted to get out…but, they delayed the disconnection process to such an extent that I had to pay them the rent for many extra days that I did not even use the connection.
If you are not particular that you will learn only from your own personal mistake (I was particular!), be cautious of Tata Indicom folks. They can trap you, your friends, or relatives. Just pass on this message if you feel it worthy. Sorry if I am spamming you.
