New Year = New & Improved Java BlogJanuary 12th, 2004 I decided to start the year with a better layout for my blog, which was formerly located at http://taragana.blogspot.com/. Why? Lot of features like RSS syndication, better history navigation were missing from blogspot It didn't make sense to host it on blogspot, when I have more than enough space on my own server, in fact two servers! More freedom & control to do as I please, without relying on blogspot Needed something to support multiple pages Category support And a whole lot of other features It means I will be spending more time to provide more content, update it more regularly and overall try to provide you with better experience.
If I had to Start My Blog Again...July 27th, 2006 Darren of ProBlogger has an interesting idea for group thoughts. What if I were to start blogging again? What would I do different? Here are my two cents...
Indian Blogspot Blog Blockade LiftedJuly 24th, 2006 Indian government had ordered blocking of some blogspot.com blogs and few other sites which are supposedly derogatory to Islam, including Hindu human rights site (makes you wonder if we live in Islamic country, doesn't it?). Our ISP's decided to block all blogspot domains including millions of totally unrelated blog sites like my old java technology blog.

Can somebody help me to install my own blog ? will I get lot’s of users if I am gona install one?
January 6th, 2005 at 4:51 pm
If your site is a blog using any standard blog software then most likely they provide some kind of feeds like RSS or Atom.
If for some reason it doesn’t then use blogstreet to create one.
Then just include it in your blog template, somewhere visible.
Also publish your feed url in different blog aggeragators and/or news aggregators.
That should get you going.
If your content is interesting I am sure many people will subscribe to your RSS feed.

Your atom feed is http://websiteseo.blogspot.com/atom.xml
Use feedBurner.com to convert it to RSS.

I’m on blogger and looking for advice. Because I didn’t want my url to be @blogspot.com, Network Solutions pointed my address to http://www.yourareerservice.com/
FeedBurner only recognises blogspot.com. So my RSS button shows up on that but not on yourcareerservice.om
Blogger has no customer service.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I’d like to blog elsewhere but don’t want to lose audience in a switch and start building all over again.

randy place

I want to have the whole description of the item in my feeds (from my wordpress blog) when I add the RSS feed to my blogger blog. In blogger when I add a layout element for feeds it just fetches (and displays) the ‘title’ of the items.
Please suggest a way to do it.
