ContactThem created a "system" which teaches the affiliates to follow this template to create customized emails to blast to unsuspecting websites in the hope of luring some of them in their scheme.

Why is it spam?
1. It is unsolicited commercial email.
2. It contains no way to unsubscribed from future mailings from ContactThem of their affiliates.

It is carefully written to misguide you, "we will pay you up to $4,800/month". Note the word "up to". You can get paid 0$ and it still fulfills their promise. In reality you get paid only when a product is sold, assuming they are true to their words, as you can find from their affiliate site.

Others on the net have expressed similar concerns.

Why is it distributed spamming?
ContactThem Network lures in unsuspecting simpletons with promise of getting rich quick, sells them a costly book and then convinces them to do the dirty work of spamming. Ingenuous, isn't it?
