Blocking dynamic IP addresses is meaningless and serves only to block legitimate users.���IIP�A�h���X���u���b�N����͖̂��Ӗ��Ƃ́A�����ȃ��[�U�[���u���b�N���邾���ł��B Spammers simply change their IP addresses each time and move on to greener pastures.�X�p�}�[�A�P�ɂ�����IP�A�h���X��ύX���Ĉړ����邽�тɖ��邢�W�]���Ă��܂��B RBL based filters must provide an alternative means of validating the authenticity of email senders and not merely rely upon IP addresses.
