BSNL DataOne is undoubtedly the world’s worst broadband service, and I have seen many. BSNL DataOne è senza dubbio la peggiore del mondo di servizi a banda larga, e ho visto molte.

The service is erratic. Il servizio è irregolare. It frequently gets disconnected and stays disconnected for hours. Spesso viene scollegato e soggiorni disconnesso per ore. Overall I can avail their crappy service for about 30-40% of the time at best. Nel complesso posso usufruire crappy loro servizio per circa il 30-40% del tempo nel migliore dei casi. The worst part of their service is that it often gets disconnected every few minutes. La parte peggiore del loro servizio è che esso viene spesso scollegato ogni pochi minuti. Reliability is non-existent. Affidabilità è inesistente.

Customer service? Il servizio clienti? Doesn’t exist for all practical purposes. Non esiste per tutti i fini pratici.

The customer service representatives asks you to call other numbers as they openly admit their cluelessness (and blame management). I rappresentanti del servizio clienti vi chiede di chiamare altri numeri, perché apertamente ammettere la loro cluelessness (e colpa di gestione). The other numbers are rarely, if ever, picked. Gli altri sono raramente, se mai, raccolti. When picked they merely confirm that a problem exists. Quando essi raccolti solo confermare che il problema esiste. They don’t provide you with an estimated time when the problem will be fixed, not will they provide any details on the problem. Essi non prevedono, con l'orario previsto, quando il problema verrà fissato, non si forniscano tutti i dettagli sul problema. Most of their problems are on their service stations. La maggior parte dei loro problemi sono a loro stazioni di servizio.

24/7 service is alien terminology. 24 / 7 servizio è straniero terminologia. No technical support or customer service exists on the weekend. Nessun supporto tecnico o il servizio clienti esiste il fine settimana. And the service frequently goes down on weekends and stays down till monday. E il servizio spesso scende a week-end e soggiorni in giù fino a lunedi. You would be lucky to get it restored by Monday evening. Si sarebbe fortunata ad averlo restaurato da Lunedi sera.

BTW: I am on a high end plan Rs 1,300 for 256 Kbps & 4Gb data transfer. BTW: io sono su un piano di fascia alta Rs 1300 per 256 Kbps & 4Gb il trasferimento dei dati. I would switch in a fraction of a second as soon as there is any competitor providing similar service in Kolkata at comparable prices. Vorrei passare in una frazione di secondo, non appena vi sia un concorrente che forniscono servizi simili in Kolkata a prezzi comparabili.

BSNL has redefined “broadband” for me, in the worst possible way. BSNL ha ridefinito "banda larga" per me, nel peggiore dei modi.
