BSNL DataOne is undoubtedly the world’s worst broadband service, and I have seen many. Bsnl DataOne مما لا شك فيه ان العالم اسوأ خدمة النطاق الترددى العريض ، ولقد رأيت الكثير.
The service is erratic. هذه الخدمة غير منتظمة. It frequently gets disconnected and stays disconnected for hours. وكثيرا ما يحصل منقطعة ومنقطعة بقي لساعات. Overall I can avail their crappy service for about 30-40% of the time at best. عموما أنا يمكن الاستفادة crappy على الخدمة لنحو 30-40 ٪ من الوقت ، في احسن الاحوال. The other numbers are rarely, if ever, picked. ارقام اخرى ونادرا ما يتم ، اذا كان من اي وقت مضى ، باختيار. When picked they merely confirm that a problem exists. انها مجرد الحصول عليها وعندما تأكد من وجود المشكلة. They don’t provide you with an estimated time when the problem will be fixed, not will they provide any details on the problem. انها لا توفر لك مع الوقت المقدر عندما تكون المشكلة ستكون ثابتة ، وأنهم سوف لا يقدم اية تفاصيل بشأن هذه المشكلة. BTW: I am on a high end plan Rs 1,300 for 256 Kbps & 4Gb data transfer. راجع للشغل : انني على ارتفاع في نهاية الخطة 1300 روبية لل256 كيلو بايت في الثانية و 4 جيجابايت نقل البيانات. I would switch in a fraction of a second as soon as there is any competitor providing similar service in Kolkata at comparable prices. واود ان التحول في جزء من الثانية في اقرب وقت هناك أي منافس توفير خدمة مماثلة في كلكتا في مقارنة الاسعار.
BSNL has redefined “broadband” for me, in the worst possible way. وقد bsnl اعادة تحديد "النطاق العريض" بالنسبة لي ، في اسوأ طريقة ممكنة.
PS. دعم البرامج. This post could be published after an hour of waiting for their service to restore for few minutes (before going out again). هذه الوظيفة يمكن ان تنشر بعد ساعة من الانتظار لقاء تلك الخدمة لاستعادة لبضع دقائق (قبل الخروج مرة أخرى).

What is their customer support number? ما هو عدد دعم العملاء؟ it does not seem to be published on their web site. لا يبدو ان ينشر على موقع على شبكة الانترنت.
We have no option but to get BSNL service as there is no other provider in the area. ليس امامنا من خيار سوى bsnl للحصول على الخدمة لعدم وجود الاخرى التي تقدم في المنطقة.
Satyam is worse. Satyam اسوأ من ذلك. They need to have a software running on the client PC. وهى ضرورة ان يكون هناك برامج قيد التشغيل على جهاز كمبيوتر العميل. It does not allow me to connect other devices such as routers, as they cannot emulate the “unique” authentication done by their “gr8″ software. انه لا يسمح لي للربط بين الاجهزه الاخرى مثل المسارات ، كما انها لا تستطيع ان تحاكي "فريدة من نوعها" التوثيق الذي قام به "gr8" البرمجيات. I have never seen such a login mechanism anywhere in the world. انا لم تشهد ابدا مثل هذا الدخول اليه في اي مكان في العالم.

for two months free trial offer they billed 250/- every month. لمدة شهرين العرض التجريبي المجاني انها فاتوره 250 / -- فى كل شهر. I have to go through the typical govt process to claim the amount أجد لزاما علي ان اذهب من خلال الحكومة القيام بعمليه نموذجية للمطالبة بمبلغ

i have not seen any worst service like BSNL BROADBAND (DATA ONE) service.i am pointing out some major fault of bsnl broadband. انا لم ار اي مثل bsnl اسوأ خدمة النطاق الترددى العريض (بيانات واحدة) service.i الساعة مشيرا الى خطأ من بعض كبار bsnl النطاق الترددى العريض.
1.it is the most irritating service.the people whom the authority gives the jobs to attend the calls at customer care service,know nothing about broadband service.if u complain about some inconvenient at first they will say “YOUR COMPUTER IS VIRUS AFFECTED”.after talking a moment u can be sure that they dont have any basic idea about the internet system. 1.it هو اكثر التهيج service.the سلطة الشعب الذي يعطي وظائف لحضور يدعو في خدمة العملاء ، لا يعرفون شيئا عن النطاق الترددى العريض service.if ش يشكو من بعض الازعاج في البداية انهم سوف يقول ان "جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك فيروس المتضرره" وبعد لحظة ش الحديث يمكن ان يكون متأكدا انها dont الاساسية لها اي فكرة عن نظام الانترنت.
even there behaviour is very rough. بل هناك سلوك شديد الموج.
2.it oftens rarely that u complain and they respond.u have 2 complain atleast 15-20 times and they will respond after 7 days. 2.it oftens نادرا ما يشكون ان يو وrespond.u انهم قد يشكون 2 مرات atleast 15-20 وانها سترد بعد 7 ايام.
3.it often gets disconnected and if u connect them it remain connected for a minute and again disconnected. 3.it يحصل في كثير من الاحيان واذا كانت منقطعة ش ربطها انه يظلوا على اتصال لحظة عن ومرة اخرى منفصلة.
4.i get good service only 40-50% time. 4.i الحصول على خدمة جيدة وقت 40-50 فى المائة فقط.

I’ve ben facing the trouble of missing the LINK quite often. لقد قمت بن تواجه مشكلة المفقودين الصلة في كثير من الاحيان.
I’ve complained about it more than 55 times on phone(whenever the link goes off) & 5 times personaly at the BSNL office. لقد قمت اشتكى فيه اكثر من 55 مرات على الهاتف (كلما غنى من وصلة) و 5 مرات personaly في مكتب bsnl.
I’got another serious problem, I CAN SIMPLY SEE PAGES BEING DOWNLOADED BY SOME UNKNOWN ON MY e-BAR. I'got وهناك مشكلة خطيرة اخرى ، يمكن ببساطة انني انظر الصفحات بالتحميل من قبل بعض غير معروف على بلدي ة - بار. I’VE COMPLAINED FOR PAYING MORE & UNNECESARRY BILLS. لقد قمت اشتكى لسداد فواتير unnecesarry & اكثر.
These people simply don’t agree, talk nicely,every times give promissing words & keep on doing the same. هؤلاء الناس ببساطة لا نوافق على الكلام بشكل رائع ، كل الاوقات اعطاء الكلمات promissing & ابقاء على القيام بنفس الشىء.
I feel frustrate when link goes off. اشعر احباط عندما وصله من نافلة. EVERYTIME I TRUSTED THEIR PROMISE & THEY FOOLED ME. في كل مرة انني على ثقة من انها وعدت & ينخدع لي.
I FEEL ANGRY & HELPLESS. انا عاجز & الشعور بالغضب. MISBEHAVIOUR IS NOT IN MY NATURE YET ITS VERY HARD TO CONTINUE TO BE FOOLED. سوء السلوك في بلادي ليست ذات طابع ومع ذلك من الصعب جدا على الاستمرار في القيام ينخدع.
If you have any solution to this problem please guide me. اذا كان لديك اي حل لهذه المشكلة يرجى دليل لي.

Yes ! نعم! I am also having same problem here in Bangalore since last 3 months. وانا ايضا نفس المشكلة وبعد ان هنا في بنغالور منذ 3 شهور. Like any other Government organization, there is nothing called customer care @ BSNL. مثل اي حكومة اخرى في المنظمه ، فليس هناك ما يسمى خدمة العملاء bsnl @.
Right now we don’t have Airtel broadband in our area. الآن ليس لدينا هاتف هوائي النطاق العريض فى منطقتنا. But the moment I get Airtel broadband I am gonna tell BSNL “GO TO HELL !!!” ولكن لحظة أحصل على هاتف هوائي النطاق العريض gonna انا اقول bsnl "اذهب الى الجحيم!"

BSNL is always good than other broadband services.Only fools say that it is bad because they re saying bcz of their personal interests.So there is nothing reasonable in those peoples words.While private companies are aiming to make profit bsnl does not.Eventhough there are many service problems related to bsnl,its still better than the so called private Bsnl دائما جيدة من غيرها من النطاق العريض services.only تنطلي على ان تقول انها سيئة لانها من اعادة القول bcz الشخصيه interests.so معقولة وليس هناك شيء في تلك الشعوب words.while الشركات الخاصة التي تهدف الى كسب الربح bsnl هل هناك not.eventhough العديد من الخدمات للمشاكل المتعلقة bsnl ، لا تزال أفضل من ما يسمى القطاع الخاص

And regarding private companies, take Airtel for instance, for 550 they provide 256kbps, 10pm to 8am free usage. وفيما يتعلق الشركات الخاصة ، واتخاذ هاتف هوائي على سبيل المثال ، 550 لانها توفر 256kbps ، 10pm الاستخدام الحر ل8am. There isn’ta single problem with the connection. Isn'ta هناك مشكلة واحدة مع الصدد. Customer care is available at any time n dey do good. العملاء الحصول على خدمات الرعايه الصحية في اي وقت ن دي الصالحات. Any prob with modem - immediate replacement.No rent for landline. اي اختصار لكلمة غالبا مع مودم -- replacement.no الفوري للايجار الارضيه. Not even a single outta these features is available with dataone. ولا حتى واحد outta هذه السمات وتوجد لدى DataOne. I don mind payin 50rs extra for Airtel if i get all these. الاعتبار الاول دون payin 50rs اضافي للهاتف هوائي اذا كان لي ان احصل على كل هذه. Wat if Airtel works for profit? وات اذا هاتف هوائي تعمل من اجل الربح؟ It’s the service dat matters! انها خدمة دات الامور! And 1 last word.. وكلمة أخيرة.. 1

Before two months ago, I have applied bsnl unlimited home plan(rs 900 pm) and i still couldn’t get the connection. قبل قبل شهرين ، ولقد طبقت bsnl غير محدودة الخطة الرئيسية (900 روبية بعد الظهر (وأنا لا تزال غير قادرة على الحصول على هذه الصلة. If you still havent got the bsnl connection, better you cancel the application and apply some other better service providers. اذا كنت لا تزال haven't حصل bsnl الصدد ، افضل لك الغاء تطبيق بعض الدول الاخرى وتطبيق افضل مقدمي الخدمات.
As someone mentioned above, it really sucks. حسب ما ذكر اعلاه ، انه حقا مصات. Every day from november 17, i am calling the customer care center and registering complaints regarding the unsteady connection nature of my data one broadband connection. كل يوم 17 من تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر ، وانا على دعوة مركز خدمة العملاء وتسجيل الشكاوى المتعلقة متذبذبه الصدد طبيعه بلدي احد البيانات عريضة النطاق الصدد. but till the date, not body turned up to service and not even got a call from them. ولكن حتى وحتى الآن ، لم يصل الى الهيءه تحولت الخدمة وليس حتى حصلت على دعوة منها.
Unfortunately, there are no other service providers available at my place. وللأسف ، ليس هناك اي مقدمي الخدمات المتاحة في مكاني.

Very true guys, BSNL sucks big time. صحيح جدا يا شباب ، bsnl المصات وقت كبير. It gets disconnected randomly and takes hours to come back. منقطعة تحصل عليه بشكل عشوائي ويأخذ ليعود بعد ساعة. The service in Ahmedabad is gradually getting worse, and their customer support has no clue on any problem whenever I call them. الخدمة تدريجيا في احمد آباد تزداد سوءا ، ودعم العملاء اي فكرة عن اي مشكلة كلما اعطى الكلمه لها. Probably their gateway is at NIC, and that makes things worse. المدخل هو على الارجح في NIC ، وهذا يجعل الأمور اسوأ. And now I started getting varying download speeds, much lower than the 384kbps I am paying 1000 bucks for. وأنا الآن باشرت تحميل بسرعة متفاوتة ، اقل بكثير من 384kbps انا لدفع 1000 دولارات. See, while typing this comment, I lost connection twice!!! انظر ، في حين ان كتابة هذا التعليق ، وانني فقدت الصدد مرتين! Enough is enough, I am going to get Siti Broadband and throw the BSNL equipment in a bundle in their office. فكفى ، وانا ذاهب الى الحصول على النطاق العريض سيتي والقاء bsnl المعدات في حزمة في مناصبهم. Not sure if Airtel gives BB in Ahmedabad suburbs. ليس متأكدا مما اذا كان هذا يعطي هاتف هوائي ب ب في ضواحي احمد اباد.

COOL down guys, i’m using the BSNL dataone connection since one year, no problems yet, تهدئة يا رفاق ، انا باستخدام bsnl DataOne الصدد منذ سنة واحدة ، أي مشاكل حتى الان ،
I agree that the customer support team stc is worse, but the connection is perfectly alright, all u got to make sure is that the telephone line is crystal clear, if there is some problem wid the line, get it rectifies, thats it, the connection will work fine. وانني اوافق على ان العميل فريق دعم شركة الاتصالات السعودية هو اسوأ من ذلك ، لكن الصدد هو تماما حسنا ، حصلت على جميع يو للتأكد من ان خط الهاتف واضحة وضوح الشمس ، اذا كان هناك بعض دور المراه في التنمية مشكلة الخط ، ويصحح الحصول عليها ، thats انه ، الصدد سوف تعمل جيدا.
my sincere request, do not blame the service provider, it’s one of the coolest ISP in town. خالص الطلب ، لا ألوم مقدم الخدمة ، انها واحدة من اروع هذه الممارسات في البلده.

i have been using BSNL Dataone Broadband Connection for one year i didn’t have any problems i had only one minor problem which was rectified لقد تم استخدام النطاق العريض الصدد bsnl DataOne لمدة سنة واحدة لم يكن لدي اي مشاكل كان لي إلا واحد بسيط المشكلة التي تم تصحيحها
please don’t blame it as it is the best Broadband ISP in India and Moreover they will be upgrading 256KBPS -> 2MBPS from 1 JAN 2007 that is الرجاء عدم القاء اللوم عليه لانه هو أفضل مقدمي خدمات الانترنت عريضة النطاق في كل من الهند وعلاوة على ذلك سيتم رفع مستوى 256kbps --> 2mbps من 1 كانون الثاني / يناير 2007 وهذا هو
500plan 2GB(may be 2.5) limit with 2MBPS 500plan 2 جيجا بايت (ايار / مايو ان 2.5) مع الحد من 2mbps
250Plan 1GB with 2MBPS 250plan 1 جيجابايت مع 2mbps

I have been using BSNL dataone in Bangalore almost since they started the service here. لقد تم استخدام bsnl DataOne في بنغالور تقريبا منذ ان بدأت خدمة هنا. And I am pretty satisfied with the service I have got. وجميلة وانا راض عن الخدمة التي حصلت لي. I am a home user. أنا أحد المستخدمين المنزليين. I switched plans in between from Home 500 to 900 unlimited plus and it has been smooth and almost automatic. الاول تحول خطط في الصفحه الأولى من بين 500 إلى 900 زائد وغير محدودة وقد السلس وشبه التلقائي. Actually I find BSNL in Bangalore quite professional and efficient. في الواقع إنني أجد في بنغالور bsnl تماما المهنيه والكفاءه. If ever there was a problem with the service it was due to some problem at my end, wires not connected properly or wires to my house being cut by somebody. فاذا كان هناك مشكلة مع الخدمة وكان من المقرر ان المشكلة في بلدي بعض هذه الغاية ، ولا ترتبط الاسلاك بشكل صحيح او الاسلاك الى منزلي يتم تقليصها من قبل شخص ما. And that has also been attended quite promptly from them. وذلك كما تم على الفور حضر جدا منها.
Just my $0.02. بلدي 0،02 دولار فقط.

CMD BSNL days that ” we have decided to enhance the broadband speed from 256 Kbps to 2Mb, which is almost 8 times of the existing speed. What to say about our No.1 Telecommunication of India as they advertise it. ما يقولونه حول No.1 الاتصالات السلكيه واللاسلكيه من الهند حيث أعلن فيه. I thought only the private services go with such advertisements for commercial purposes. اعتقد فقط الخدمات الخاص تتناسب مع هذه الاعلانات لاغراض تجارية. I have been using BSNL Broadband for the last one year and my experience has been mixed. لقد bsnl باستخدام النطاق العريض لاخر سنة واحدة وتجربتي كان مختلطا. First of all I had trouble getting my Broadband connection with a week delay and then there were problems for the BSNL Staff to Install the modem as they claimed that they did not have the Modem which I finally got & installed it myself without the staff. اولا وقبل كل شيء كنت قد مشكلة الحصول على النطاق العريض فيما يتعلق بلدي اسبوع من التاخير ، وبعد ذلك كانت هناك مشاكل للbsnl الموظفين لتركيب مودم لأنها ادعت أنها لم تكن لديه مودم التي حصلت اخيرا & تركيب نفسي ومن دون ان الموظفين. However the connection seemed to work very well enough for the last one year of course with 2 or 3 times of non connectivity spanning a couple of day’s. ولكن يبدو ان العمل الصدد جيدا بما فيه الكفايه لاخر سنة واحدة وبطبيعة الحال مع 2 او 3 مرات من غير الربط تشمل اثنين من اليوم. I think the connectivity problem is non existent except for what I have already mentioned. اعتقد ان المشكلة هي الربط غير موجود باستثناء ما وقد سبق لي ان ذكرت. However I have had trouble trying to migrate from Home500 to UL 900+ scheme. ولكن كان لي محاولة لمشكلة الهجره من home500 الى 900 + UL المخطط. In fact they took 4 months to change the scheme with additional charges levied for usage. في الواقع اخذوا 4 شهور لتغيير الخطة مع الرسوم الاضافيه المفروضة للاستخدام. Not to mention many day’s of visiting BSNL’s office to have the scheme effected. ناهيك عن العديد من يوم من زيارة bsnl مكتب لتنفذ مخطط لها. Yes the customer service sucks! نعم خدمة العملاء المصات! But the service seems OK at least in Bangalore considering BSNL is a Govt service. ولكن يبدو ان الخدمة موافق على الاقل النظر في بنغالور bsnl هي الحكومة القيام الخدمة. Like all Govt services even BSNL suffers deteriorated standards. شأنها في ذلك شأن جميع الخدمات حتى الحكومة القيام bsnl يعاني من تدهور المعايير. Thanks to our Govt policies to keep incompetents & the reserved. بفضل جهودنا لسياسات الحكومة القيام العاجزون.. وتبقى محفوظة.

I am using BSNL broadband 250 plan. أنا أستخدم 250 خطة bsnl النطاق الترددى العريض. My prob is when I connected it with net, the bytes were sent and recieved automatically without opening an explorer. بلدي هو اختصار لكلمة غالبا عندما ترتبط مع انها صافية ، بايت وتم ارسال وتلقي تلقائيا دون فتح اكسبلورر. I turned off automatic updates of windows and other softwares but problem persist… What to do ?? والتفت من التحديثات التلقاءيه من ويندوز وبرامج اخرى ولكن المشكلة ما زالت قائمة… ماذا تفعل؟ Please help me out ….. الرجاء مساعدتي…..

Peak times in the sense of evenings, night after 10 or 11,, ,, the modem jst doesnt connect!! في اوقات الذروة بمعنى المساء والليل وبعد 10 او 11 ، ، ، ، jst doesn't ربط مودم! mine is a bit of a rural area and i dont experience probs around the clock. الالغام هو قليلا من منطقة ريفية وانا dont تجربة probs على مدار الساعة. The case mayb drastically different in cities,, where there is huge usage around the clock!!! Mayb الحال في مدن مختلفة جذريا ، حيث هناك ضخمة الاستخدام على مدار الساعة! i get immediate response from the customer care and they are willing to help…. احصل على الاستجابة الفوريه من خدمة العملاء والتي هم على استعداد لمساعدة…. I was totally fed up with the BSNL schemes, was thinking of changing, after which they came up with more bandwidth and usage.. كنت سئمت تماما مع خطط bsnl ، كان يفكر في تغيير وبعد ذلك اصبحت اكثر حتى مع استخدام عرض النطاق الترددي و..
They come up with offers rarely , but wen they do, it totally rocks!!! وهي تأتي مع عروض نادرا ، ولكن وين لهم ذلك ، تماما الصخور!

Depends on your plan. يعتمد على خطتك. They do keep their promises in my experience. انها تبقى وعودها في تجربتي.

Not very. لا للغاية. Expect unexplained downtimes. توقع غير المفسره downtimes. Support is an alien concept to BSNL. دعم اجنبي لمفهوم bsnl.

Yes but you must use also a backup provider like Cable. نعم ولكن يجب ان تستخدم ايضا لتوفير مثل الكابلات الاحتياطيه.

AND I GET A VERY GOOD BROWSING SPEED AND A DOWNLOAD SPEED AROUND 100 KBPS WHICH IS PRETTY GOOD WHEN COMPARED TO AIRTEL AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS IN MY TOWN .. واحصل على سرعة التصفح جيدة جدا وسرعة التحميل حوالى 100 كيلو بايت في الثانية وهو جيد جدا اذا ما قورنت هاتف هوائي وغيرهم من مقدمي الخدمات في بلدي المدينة.. AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY DISCONNECTION IN THE MIDDLE .. وانا ابدأ من ذوي الخبرة أي انقطاع في خط الوسط.. ONLY WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE EXCHANGE , INTERNET DOESNT GET CONNECTED BUT THATS ONLY FOR FEW HOURS OR A DAY MAXIMUM .. الا عندما تكون هناك مشكلة في الصرف ، التي لا تحصل على شبكة الانترنت ولكنها مرتبطة thats الا لبضع ساعات في اليوم او الحد الأقصى.. i guess i got BSNL broadband about March 2006.. واعتقد انني حصلت على bsnl النطاق العريض حول اذار / مارس 2006..
@ 250Rs @ 256Kbps …. 250rs @ @ 256kbps…. my download rates were about 20 - 40 Kbps…. وكانت معدلات بلادي التحميل حوالى 20 -- 40 كيلو بايت في الثانية…. then in may i changed it to 500Rs plan…. ثم في ايار / مايو الى الاول تغير 500rs خطة…. true the link connexion used to go off(Big MF Yellow light) and it took a couple of days to come back..i mean i took this connexion for the 2 - 8 unlimited an if the link is down all time … y the heck should i pay.? صحيح الصلة بمناسبه تستخدم لتنفجر (MF كبيرة الضوء الاصفر) واستغرق يومين ليعود بعد.. يعني انا اتخذ هذا بمناسبه ل2 -- 8 غير محدودة اذا كان وجود تلك الصلة اسفل كل الوقت… ذال هيك وينبغي أن تدفع لي.؟
ths really pissed me off and i got FDM And IDM to Start doing timed downloads off Code Projects from 2 to 8…meaning … i sleep while my PC sucks BSNL’s ‘Available time’…result i paid 500Rs monthly for approx 5GB downloads…. ths حقا متبول لي من fdm وحصلت على idm والقيام في الوقت المناسب لبدء التحميل من مشاريع المدونه في الفترة من 2 الى 8…… انني معنى النوم في حين ان جهاز كمبيوتر بلدي المصات bsnl 'الوقت المتاح'… دفعت نتيجة ل500rs الشهري تقريبا 5gb التحميل… .

Well, I have been using BSNL broadband for an year and I am quite happy with the same. حسنا ، لقد bsnl باستخدام النطاق العريض لسنة وانا سعيدة جدا مع نفسها. I find it quite fast. وأجد سريعه جدا. On few occasions, it does take some time to connect though, however overall I am quite satisfied. في مناسبات قليلة ، فإنها تأخذ بعض الوقت لربط ومع ذلك ، ولكن عموما انا مقتنع تماما.
Other service provider’s rates are much higher (I had does a study before I went for BSNL) and most likely its due to huge amounts they spend on advertisements (unlike BSNL). مقدم خدمات أخرى معدلات أعلى من ذلك بكثير (هل كان لي قبل دراسة ذهبت لbsnl) والمستحقة لها على الارجح الى انها تنفق مبالغ هاءله على الاعلانات (على خلاف bsnl). Having said that, other providers service may also not be bad, however, if I get decent stuff with same money for BSNL, I would rather stick to BSNL. وبعد قولي هذا ، وغيره من مقدمي الخدمة قد لا تكون سيئة ، ومع ذلك ، اذا كان لي ان احصل على مادة لاءقه مع bsnl المال لنفسه ، ولكنني التمسك bsnl.

i take bsnl connection on 30 march.i have plan of 250 kbps@250 pm .its very bad.some website are open at one minute.i complain in office.they says tommorrow our engineer come on your house and not come anyone at my house.its make very fool.i take bsnl connection on 30 march and i download only 100 mb in month but i show my usage 2.587 mb واغتنم bsnl الصدد على 30 march.i لها خطة 250 @ 250 كيلو بايت في الثانية بعد الظهر. جدا bad.some مفتوحة في موقع واحد minute.i يشكون في office.they يقول المهندس يأتي غدا ونحن على بيتك والا يأتي اي شخص في بلدي جعل house.its جدا fool.i اتخاذ bsnl الصدد في 30 اذار / مارس والاول فقط تحميل 100 ميغابايت في الشهر ولكن تبين لي ان بلدي الاستخدام 2.587 ميغابايت

Due to some modem problems I cud’nt able to use it accordingly, but later on when I came to know that modem has some manufacture defect after it got replaced its damm. بسبب بعض المشاكل مودم cud'nt انني قادرة على استخدام وبناء عليه ، ولكن في وقت لاحق عندما جئت لأعرف ان المودم قد صنع بعض الخلل بعد ان حصلت محل فريقها damm. Really super fast. حقا فائق السرعه.

BSNL does not have a customer care for its Broadband, but most of the people dnt knw about Area Customer Care. Bsnl ليس لديها لخدمة العملاء النطاق الترددى العريض ، ولكن معظم الاشخاص الذين dnt knw عن مجال خدمة العملاء. Separate Area wise CCs are available, which are given during the intial connection. منطقة منفصلة CCS متاحة الحكيمه ، التي اعطيت لها خلال الفترة الأولية الصدد. When ever we face any kinda problem we need to call to that local number. من اي وقت مضى ونحن عندما يواجهون أي مشكلة kinda نحن بحاجة الى الدعوة الى ان عدد المحلية.

I never had a single issue with Dataone, had been using it sice past 3yrs+, only issue I had was with their customer support #, you will get the number if you call 1500. لي قط مسألة واحدة مع DataOne ، تم استخدامها في الماضي 3yrs + sice ، المساله الوحيدة التي كان لي كان مع دعم العملاء # ، ستحصل على عدد اذا كنت الدعوة 1500. I beleive BSNL has improved leaps and bounds and I would surely be with them for times to come.. واعتقد bsnl قد تحسنت بسرعة فاءقه وبالتأكيد اود ان تكون معهم لمرات قادمة..

I took a BSNL broadband connection in kanpur last year and the link used to come rarely.I could never check my hours as that website was also nonfunctional,customer care was pathetic.There was no unlimited option and they sent huge bills after we applied for a disconnection.It was a horrible experience.I have heard airtel broadband is going to come in end of this year in kanpur.the only solution upto that is to use a cybercafe for internet,satyam is also pathetic in kanpur,they stole all my 100 hours years back by hacking my password which they gave me,within hours ,all 100 hours were gone and still they asked for payments,lower staff kept harassing even after complaining to regional manager in lucknow.I hope airtel starts its broadband service soon in kanpur. أخذت bsnl النطاق العريض الصدد كانبور في العام الماضي والعلاقة كانت تأتي rarely.i لا يمكن أبدا أن تحقق بلادي ساعة كما ان الموقع الالكتروني هو ايضا غير وظيفي ، هو خدمة العملاء pathetic.there لا خيار غير محدودة وانها ارسلت فواتير ضخمة ونحن بعد بطلب للحصول على أ disconnection.it كان فظيع experience.i سمعت هاتف هوائي النطاق العريض سوف يأتي في نهاية هذا العام kanpur.the في upto ان الحل الوحيد هو استخدام شبكة الانترنت لمقهى انترنت ، satyam ايضا للشفقة في كانبور ، وسرقوا كل ما لدي 100 ساعة سنوات من قبل تقطيع كلمة السر الخاصة بي والتي اعطت لي ، في غضون ساعات ، كانت كل 100 ساعة ذهبت وانها لا تزال طلب المدفوعات ، وانخفاض ظل موظفو مضايقه وحتى بعد تقديم شكوى الى المدير الاقليمي في lucknow.i الامل النطاق العريض هاتف هوائي يبدأ اعماله في الخدمة قريبا كانبور.

I have been using data one for quite some time. لقد تم باستخدام بيانات واحدة لفترة من الوقت. i will give you few tips to improve your data one performance. سوف اعطيكم بعض النصائح لتحسين أداء أحد البيانات الخاصة بك.
1. Check the cable which is led from the bsnl pillar till your modem if it is entangled with any other cable like cable TV wire then separate them. تأكد من الكابل الذي ادى عمود من bsnl المودم الخاص بك حتى اذا كان entangled مع اي دولة اخرى مثل التلفزيون الكابلي كبل وسلك ثم تفصل بينهما.
2.in case if u find any physical damage on the wire then immediately put a insulation tape and cover it up, this damages receive noises from radio station signals. ش 2.in الحال اذا كان العثور على اى اضرار ماديه على الفور ثم سلك وضع شريط العزل وتغطية عنه ، وهذه الاصوات من الاضرار التي تلقي اشارات محطة اذاعة.
3.lift your BSNL handset and dial a single number and wait, if u hear any radio program then you are sure to have lot of noise if u hear some radio then you have to find the physical damage on the wire and cover it up. 3.lift الخاص بك bsnl سماعة هاتفي واحد وعدد والانتظار ، اذا كان يو الاستماع الى أي برنامج للاذاعة بعد ذلك أنت متأكد من أن الكثير من الضوضاء اذا ش نسمع بعض الاذاعة ثم عليك أن تجد لحقت بها اضرار ماديه على تغطية الاسلاك وتتألف منها.
4.THE BEST WAY TO SOLVE MANY OF YOUR PROBLEMS IS TO CHANGE THE WIRE FROM THE PILLAR TILL YOUR MODEM. 4.the افضل طريقة لحل الكثير من المشاكل الخاصة بك هو تغيير اسلاك من عمود حتى المودم الخاص بك. for this you will have to talk to your area line man try to offer him ***** something he will immediately do it. لهذا سيكون لكم التحدث الى منطقتك الخط رجل حاول ان أقدم له شيئا ***** وقال انه لن يفعل ذلك على الفور.

I have been using BSNl BroadBand for past 6 months its good. لقد تم استخدام النطاق العريض للbsnl الماضي 6 اشهر على حسن.
I am in a town in TamilNadu the service here sometime get hung up that too when there is problem in MBM Room in Telephone Exchange which they repair soon. وانا في بلدة في Tamilnadu هنا خدمة ما للحصول على التعلق ذلك ايضا عندما تكون هناك مشكلة فى مسحوق العظام ومقسم الهاتف في الغرفة التي الاصلاح في وقت قريب.
i am using HOME-500 i constantly getting a connectivity speed more than 1.35 mbps even at peek hours which gradually increases to 1.90 mbps within 20 minutes. انني استخدم البيت - 500 الاول باستمرار الحصول على سرعة الربط اكثر من 1،35 ميجابايت في الثانية وحتى في نظرة خاطفة الساعات التي تزيد تدريجيا الى 1،90 ميجابايت في الثانية في غضون 20 دقيقة.
The Download speeds(rates) i get : التحميل بسرعة (معدلات) يعني :
Internet Explorer - 120kb ~ 220kb (170kb) انترنت اكسبلورر -- 120kb ~ 220kb (170kb)
Download Manager - 170kb ~ 250kb (210kb) مدير التحميل -- 170kb ~ 250kb (210kb)
File Sharing - 140kb ~ 240kb (180kb) تبادل الملفات -- 140kb ~ 240kb (180kb)
Torrent - 80kb ~ 160kb (120kb) تورنت -- 80kb ~ 160kb (120kb)
These are speeds i get while downloading in different applications brackets are average speed. وهذه هى بسرعة في حين ان احصل على تنزيل في تطبيقات مختلفة ونشير بين قوسين الى متوسط السرعه.
I get the same speed at night also. احصل على نفس السرعه في الليل ايضا. But to say the truth own town has less BroadBand users. ولكن لقول الحقيقة الخاصة بها المدينة أقل مستخدمي النطاق العريض.
But also DONT BLAME BSNL…………. ولكن اللوم ايضا dont bsnl………….

From Last Month I am facing a problem with BSNL Dataone BroadBand Plan 900UL Plus. من الشهر الماضي وأنا تواجه مشكلة مع bsnl DataOne خطة 900ul بالاضافة الى النطاق العريض.
I am not able to attach any file from computer to net.(Yahoo, gmail, rediffmail, naukri , etc…) لم استطع ان ارفق اي ملف من حاسوب آلي صافي.) ياهو ، بريد جوجل ، rediffmail ، naukri ، الخ…)
If i use Reliance Broadband or any other connection this is working fine. اذا كان لي ان الاعتماد على استخدام النطاق العريض او غيره وهذا الصدد تعمل جيدا.

im facing prob with dataone net i hav DATAONE - START UP PLAN 250. المراسله الفوريه التي تواجه اختصار لكلمة غالبا مع DataOne صافي الاول hav DataOne -- بدء خطة 250. in that thr is 1gb lmt bt my quota always exceeds that even im not using that much. وفي هذا thr هو 1 جيجابايت lmt BT بلدي حصة دائما ان يتجاوز حتى إيم ان لا تستخدم كثيرا.
even i just logon my bytes sent & recieve go incresing even im nt surfing im facing that prob..within 5-10min normal surfing withour downloadin anythin itshows upto 12-15 mb انا فقط لتسجيل الدخول حتى بلدي بايت ارسلت & الذهاب incresing حتى تلقى ايم ايم NT التصفح التي تواجه ذلك في اطار اختصار لكلمة غالبا.. 5 - 10min العادي تصفح withour downloadin anythin itshows upto 12-15 ميغابايت

Unfortunately, in my area, there is only BSNL and they are the the worst I have seen. وللأسف ، في مجال اختصاصي ، لا يوجد سوى bsnl وهم اسوأ رايت. Their installation time takes over 1 month and that too after paying a bribe. تركيبها الوقت يأخذ أكثر من 1 في الشهر ، وهذا ايضا بعد ان دفع رشوة.
Anyway, I am considering getting Satellite Internet for my home because the BSNL service is absolutely pathetic.

i am sick of this STUPID BSNL connection. Since the time i received this BSNL broadband connection, i am not able to login to hotmail, gmail. i tried raising complaints but nothing seems to work out. looks like BSNL folks are NOT BOTHERED about customers.
I installed a wireless router, initially it was not working. I tried contacting bsnl people but they were not having that expert people to solve this problem. Then i tried going thro the router manual and fixed the problem myself.
hey sheetal, even i faced the same problem earlier when my windows was not a proper version but still i managed it by installing a good firewall. I installed sygate firewall. There is a free version available at their site. Once installed you could restrict services from your windows accessing your internet connection.

Though BSNL customer care might be not that good but if you see it in overall perspective, its broadband service is cheap and reliable compared to other private players.I am using broadband for more then one year and never faced any problem..Now I am facing a link goes off problem and I have complained to them ..

I have been using BSNL since sometime but I feel its really good and worth the price. In fact TATA is the worst; there was not a week when I didnt have disruptions in service which I never experienced with BSNL. I have lost the count of movies that I have watched non-stop without any disruptions on BSNL Broadband.

Ok maybe you people are having lots of problems but I\’m from Hyderabad.The BSNL service is quite good here.They even answer to complaints on Sunday(that is more than what you can expect from a govt department).I am not saying that problems don\’t occur I am saying that even if there are problems they solve them quick.I\’m talking about my city.

Its one of the worst services. though the internet connection is good, im not sure what kind of equipment do they use.
Their tech support is the worse.. i was online waiting for tech support today for about 1 hr. Im sure that the phone was picked but they put me immediately on hold… they used to unhold the call for a moment and would put in on hold again.. seems they were trying to show that the person was speaking to me and was putting me on hold a lot of times.
Same old trick which is used at many call centres.
I think ive decided to dump bsnl and stay without an internet connection instead of breaking my head with these shameless people.

I had applied BSNL broadband during the month of April 2007 and got telephone connection during end of Sep 2007 and got internet connection on Dec 25,2007 after frequent follow up with BSNL personnel . Once the connection was setup I found that the bandwidth as in plan was not satisfactory.
yahoo mail web site takes so much of time to load so is when i try to check and compose email even with mere 100 KB attachment. I find BSNL dataone is really pathetic and hopeless.

I had applied for bsnl broadband connection of plan “Home 500″ and i had clearly mentioned in the application form,
i got the connetion on 18-01-2008, but i had dought i enquired , instead of “Home 500″ plan they have given me “Home 250″ plan , What can i Do with this,Plzzzzzzzz Plzzzz HElp Me ,
Here, They told that we cannot change your Plan to “Home 500″ untill three months
because “Home 250″ plan has to be hired for minimum three months

We r doing Computer System sales and service at Coimbatore and Erode, Tamilnadu. At Erode, there is no problem in the dataone connection and the speed. But we agree that they have no adequate technical knowledge.
But here, the dataone is the leading ISP. Compare to that other ISP are too slow. For the Home Users, 900+ scheme is the best one. Because other ISP are also billing the same amount for unlimited with the speed of 70% less of the dataone.
We thank to the local bsnl office for the high speed and better service than the other city’s bsnl office

While getting BSNL broadband connection, I purchased a new modem from BSNL office for Rs.1200 /-. Now it becomes my own. But I am not satisfied by their services. So now I want to switch over to any other Private Broadband Service. Can I use the same modem for the new service, otherwise should I purchase a new one ? Plz…. kindly help me !

My usage is only maximum 32 hrs only but the bill has come nearly 4000rs. actually I had paid rs.400/- to rs500/- pe month but without any call charges they mount me for rs.3990. What a shame duties their.

The following is account of my experience with BSNL BROADBAND HOME 500C.
My advise to the poster at sno:69. Have a trial of the BSNL service in your area, before you commit. It may not be uniform. Especially check the DSL stability.

I took the connection broadband home 500C.
The Router/Modem was given 1 week after the phone instrument. Activated after 6 days. Modem was intalled by my self. Not even the CD was given to me. When enquiered, they told me to phone another number and ask for CD !. Some how I installed it going by their 2 page manual.
Now the real problem: The connection was never steady. DSL light switches off quite often. Works for first 10 minutes after a cold boot. Once it snaps it never gets steady (ADSL). Complained to their exchange,JE,Lineman etc. They attempt to work unsuccessfully on the Line but dare/Care not touch or look at the other CPE (customer premises equipment) i purchased from BSNL it self. Once they even changed the ports resulted in completle stoppage of Internet. (The authentication is failing inspite of correct UID and PWD!. Change of Modem did not result in any improvement. On one March sunday morning the modem held for 1 hour without getting disconnected. That is the best so far and never again. This is most unreliable and unpredictable. Frequent DSL failure and reconnection messages on the screen will frustrate you. Customer service is pathetic. The numbers are eternally engaged or not lifted. Horrible help makes you feel like banging the phone instrument or modem. Complaints on the CGM portal did not solve my problem at all but only caused more animosity with the exchange and field staff, who are sensitive about their own reputation than to customer problem.
On the whole BSNL broadand is fraught with connection stability problems and the staff are most illetrate about solving and diagnosing the actual fault. My problem is still not solved till date. May the Devils fuck the crap out of this BSNL “BASTARDS” who are trying/Showing off to match the private players’ comptency. This organisation would soon go BANKRUPT. Fuckers are existing just because of monopoly and nothing else.;;;

I agree. Looks like a line problem in your case. You need to login to your ADSL modem to find out exactly what is failing.

I am using broadband 500 yearly plan. They said that I wll be charged annually. But to my shock I am amount monthly and a bill of Rs2000 is on me.
Could some one help me out?????

Well i will say never to take any of the limited plans of any isp (bsnl,airtel etc..). the charges they impose are not just for download but for upload also .. download/upload charges are combinely imposed on the customer. when you open a page of 100 kB 20kB is uploaded and 100kB is download approx. isp speed depends on the number of user present in the area.. sooo check out your locals before applying. And bsnl has always sucked… they can get better than any other isp but they wont..

The Bsnl broadband service is worst . I got a new connection some time around April 2008, for one day dial tone was there after that there is no dial tone in my new phone, I don’t understand what kind of service Bsnl provides, Please let me know how to discontinue this pathetic service . I don’t need this pathetic service any more, rather I will go with Airtel or Tata Indicom, these service are expensive but service is thousand times better than Bsnl. For the frequent disconnection and change in the UL/DL speed, try a cooling device for the ADSL modem : Maybe your table fan is enough. Check if it works or not (try downloading something for some hour) and email me the result.

the worst broadband you can get in world is BSNL and also the worst phone service. You cannt connect on BSNL broadband when u want. Customer services doesnt literally exist. It is like any other govt department where noone want to do anything. Please dont take it even if ur true indian. Mobile I am not joking I went to India last year and took sim card of BSNL, true indian and all that sought of thing. Stayed there for 4 weeks but still waiting to get it activated. Met ther SDO also who was the senior most officer present there, That B***** instead of getting things done said who gave u the receipt of sim card. it is like money once gone gone. In last week I took vodaphone It start instantely. So

Thanks for the suggestions. Now things are somewhat ok for us. The reason is that I have dual broadband connection with both BSNL and VSNL (Tata Indicom) broadband provider, which gives me enough redundancy and high bandwidth to boot.

I feel your pain. I haven’t had much good experience with them in the past. Now that I have dual-connection, I don’t notice their problems as often. Tata Indicom is a much better choice for reliable broadband connectivity. However for really reliable boradband in India, you need to join multiple broadband connections as I have done.

Unlimited connection means you don’t have to worry about usage. You will not be charged extra irrespective of your usage.
