Virginia - In the wake of Miley Cyrus’ tour bus crash, one got killed and others traveling in the bus suffered injuries. It has been stated by the sources, William G. Douglas, who was driving the bus died in the accident. The teenage singing sensation is reportedly safe as she was not traveling in the bus which met with the fatal accident. Sources stated that Miley Cyrus’ family has expressed their disappointments on the death of the bus driver as they consider each tour crew like a family member. Though the accident has brought disappointment for Cyrus, it will not affect her concert on Sunday. She will not disappoint her fans and will be performing on Sunday in Greensboro.

According to the sources, all members of the production unit [light crews] were heading toward the concert destination when the bus crashed on I-85 road of Central Virginia. Officials have started to investigate the Miley Cyrus tour bus crash that killed one person atleast. They have not declared any reports related to the accident, yet some sources stated that the accident occurred after the driver lost control over the bus.

Passengers on board could not open the door and moved out from the space created by the shattered front wind shield of the bus. All the tour members who were injured in the accident were provided medical attention at Southside Regional Medical Center of Petersburg. Marty Zilio, a tour member who was present in the tour bus received several injuries in the accident, reported sources. The results of the Miley Cyrus tour bus crash could have been even worse if there was huge traffic on the road.
