Dear Oprah:
I just got the news that your planning on ending your TV show that you’ve had for many years, being in people’s homes Monday through Friday.
Oprah, I must say that I feel that your making a terrible mistake. The way you’ve managed to help people throughout the years has been an inspiration and there is no other person who would be able to ever fill your shoes. I hope that you think about this again, long and hard, and realize that there are still people out there that have real problems and they need your shows that are able to help them in any way you can see fit.
Oprah, it’s like your one of my family. I watch your show on TV everyday and I would be devestated if I couldn’t watch you on TV any longer. Don’t you see that with this recession that the world is going through right now, people need you now, more than ever. And there are millions of housewives who’s sole
reason for helping them get through the day is buy
stopping for 1 hour of cleaning, cooking, sewing, and what not, just to sit and watch The Oprah Winfrey TV Show.
If you still decide to go ahead with your plans in cancelling your show, I’m sure that you’ll have something that will keep you busy. You are not the type of person who could sit at home all day and not go out and work. God knows that you don’t need to financially, but you do for personal reasons, for growth, for stability, for knowledge, etc. But, I hope that it’s not due to anyone pressuring you to stop your show, because then that person doesn’t know you and doesn’t know how loyal your fans and readers of your magazines are….
Please re-think this, and maybe give Dr Phil a call and talk to him about this, and maybe Dr Oz will just tell you to take a couple of months off, and then you’ll feel much better and you’ll be as good as new….You’ve helped so many people, especially women Oprah, your their voice, and without you, there no longer will be a voice….
Please re-think this, if you would like to speak with me, feel free to give me a call
In Shock Over The News….
