November 13th, 2009 LONDON - Singer Annie Lennox has received woman of peace honour for her contribution towards raising awareness of HIV and Aids. The former Eurythmics star was honoured at a summit of Nobel Peace Laureates in Berlin.

November 11th, 2009 JOHN LENNON's relatives have agreed a deal with the United Nations (U.N.) to give all proceeds from the digital release of his GIVE PEACE A CHANCE anthem to charity. The 1969 song, by Lennon's Plastic Ono Band, is set for online release via Apple's iTunes website to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the track.
