Javed is spouting absolute nonsense. Anandamath is not against Muslims. It is about the Sanyasi rebellion which was fought against the British in Bengal by the Hindu Sanyasis. British troops are the enemies of the novel. He must read the novel before speaking about it. It is not pro-British. Akhtar should be ashamed of spouting lies abot a book which he has not even read. By the way in which he speaks about Ananamath, he seems to indirectly support the view that Muslims have a reason to not like/sing the song in that it was written as anti-Muslim song and not a patriotic song. He is completely wrong. I wish someone bashes his head until he gains some sense so that he gives up trying to support things which should never be supported.
