Shark on the beach scare for celebs

October 12th, 2009 Celebrity surfers including MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY, ADAM SANDLER and CAMERON DIAZ have been warned to stay out of the water at a Santa Monica, California beach after a shark was spotted in the sea. The stars have been put on high alert after a great white shark, measuring between eight and 10 feet (2.4 to 3 metres) long, was recently snapped leaping out of the water off the California coast.
