Salman’s ‘Wanted’ hit in single screen theatres

September 25th, 2009 MUMBAI - Salman Khan starrer "Wanted" has become a hit in single screen theatres and it's celebration time for producer Boney Kapoor who is happy making film for the masses and says let Aditya Chopra make films for multiplexes. "Wanted" didn't get favourable reviews from the critics but has done good business by earning about Rs.38 crore across the country in its first week.

July 3rd, 2009 NEW DELHI - Delhi Mayor Kanwar Sain Friday said the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) would review a proposal to increase tax on capital's cinema halls. There are around 50 single screen cinema theatres in the national capital territory under the MCD's jurisdiction.
