Oh Heidi! She seems like a lovely person and good mother. I am gald to hear that she places value on healthy ways to stay in shape and keep her weight where she feels the best. After all, it is really about that right? Feeling good about ourselves! Personally, I have chosen to change some of my habits into healthy lifestyle choices.
