Wow. I knew he originally was going to do 10. When I first heard 50 - I thought it was a mistake and they meant 15 concert dates. Fifty concert dates for anyone in that period of time is a lot, and even more so at the age of 50 for Michael Jackson - with the energy of his shows. They probably knew he could not fulfill it - just wanted their hands on the catalog - the gift that just keeps giving. What a box to be cornered in. What a dirty business. The whole thing is so sad.
