LONDON - A couple, who netted 50,000 pounds after the infamous ‘Amy On Crack’ video was published by a newspaper in 2009, has been asked to donate the cash to charity.

“If it goes to charity, that is the most just result in my opinion,” Sky News quoted the judge of Snaresbrook Crown Court as saying.

The money will go to Metropolitan Police that fights drugs and to children’s charities.

John Blagrove, 34, and Cara Burton, 22, who captured Amy Winehouse doing drugs on camera and then sold the video for the huge sum, are punished on charges of drugs peddling.

The video shows Blagrove offering the singer a “little bum” - referring to a sample of ecstasy.

And then warning her saying, “Be careful with that, it’s proper strong. Seriously.”

The clip also has Winehouse rambling: “I’m useless to you now anyway, I have taken about six valium.”

Blagrove was sentenced to jail for two years, while Burton, received a two-year supervision order in December last year.

However, the singer was arrested and questioned in May last year but was fortunate enough to not to face charges. (ANI)
