Saif Ali Khan has started taking his lady love Kareena very seriously these days.

And he’s been propagating the statement- “Behind every successful man there is a woman” quite well.

Oh yeah, of course he does understand that statement well.

His first wife Amrita Singh was 12 years his senior, yet he was with her throughout the time he made his career in Bollywood. The moment his stars shone after ‘Hum Tum’, she was out of his life

Rozza Catalano was just there for the heck of it but with young and vivacious Bebo, he’s had a rather fiery relationship.

The chemistry between the two is quite evident and there were loads of stories of them sneaking away to places like Goa to heat things up.

All that’s a part of their personal life, but professional matters are quite interesting too.

Saif’s co-producing ‘Race 2’ and according to reports it was Bebo’s suggestion to Saif to make a sequel to ‘Race’ , as the original had a successful run at the box office.

So, following Kareena’s advice, Saif along with Tips is getting ready for another ‘Race’.

Of late, Kareena has started a lot of interest in Saif’s projects and his production house Illuminati Films which he heads with partner Dinesh Vijen.

According to sources, the lady knows every single decision of Saif and advises him on various issues. Saif is turning producer with his debut movie ‘Love Aaj Kal’, which is directed by ‘Jab We Met’ filmmaker Imitiaz Ali .  Then there’s ‘Agent Vinod’, an espionage thriller directed by Sriram Raghvan and it’s the remake of an old B-Town movie that was not received well.

Kareena will star in the film alongside Saif after they are over with Rensil D’Silva’s ‘Jihad’, produced by none other than Karan Johar.

If all goes well, the duo is sure to do well as business partners. Preity-Ness Wadia ( who are falling apart already) and Shilpa- Raj  Kundra may have some tough competition in the coming years.
