Ram Gopal Varmas Phoonk to be dubbed in TamilMay 3rd, 2009 Ram Gopal Varma’s Hindi horror flick Phoonk is now being dubbed in Tamil with the title Bhommaee. The film did reasonably well in Hindi and a special contest was held over there that whoever watches the film alone in the theatre will be awarded with a cash prize and guess what, no one was able to watch the full film seated alone in the theatre.
Sudeep has not only cemented his place as an actor in Kannada films but is also in the process of making in big in Bollywood. After Phoonk, the actor would again be seen in Ram Gopal Verma’s Hindi film Rann, where Sudeep is playing the role of Bachchan’s son. The star cast also includes Paresh Rawal, Rajat Kapoor, Rakesh Deshmukh, Rajpal Yadav and others. Ram Gopal Verma states in his blog about Rann, "When News Channels, Political parties and Industrial czars are the principal movers and shakers in a film, there is obviously a tremendous scope for high drama.
